The space is equipped with an electric overhead door and separate entrance door. The business space can optionally be rented in combination with the office unit (Office 4) located above it. At the Waarderpark business park, the entrance gates close at 6 p.m. and reopen at 6 a.m. You can give yourself access at all times by entering the personal access code on the keypad, after which the gate will open.

The price for the business space is € 1.199,- per month excl. VAT (cancellable monthly). In addition, you can receive up to 10% discount when you commit yourself for a longer period (up to 1 year). The price shown is an 'all-in' rental price, including water, electricity, use of sanitary facilities and service costs.
